For years, as the holidays drew near, she increasingly felt weighed down by this feeling of pressure of all the extra things she would need to do now, like shopping and decorating, on top of her regular, daily tasks and it just became a burden, not a joy.
Since then, she has learned a lot about self-care, especially when it comes to stress. She enjoy the holidays now. Even though there's still lots of things to do as usual during the season, she can stay calm, peaceful, and present, enjoying every moment she can with family and friends.
