How can we design our best year and go after our dreams if we are not taking care of our whole selves? Women often neglect their well-being to care for others and as they try to keep up with their busy lives. I like to practice “whole being” and make sure that whatever I am doing, I am doing it from the perspective of “whole life balance.” In this episode, I share with you six aspects of your being and how they all influence your ability to be engaged in your life and living to your fullest potential.
