I’ve always wondered how pitchers can make a ball curve AFTER they have thrown it! How DO they do that? We all experience them. Curveballs happen seemingly out of nowhere, when we thought everything was going along fine and then suddenly, it all changes and we’re standing there, with the bat in our hands, not knowing which way to swing! We can learn a lesson from the world of baseball here. Coaches teach players many strategies that will enable them to hit the curveball, not just be a victim to them. One such strategy is to anticipate the curveball – be ready for it because it will surely come. And be ready with a plan of action!
