Many women play the comparison game all the time and most of us are experts at this game. But at what cost to our own happiness? Theodore Roosevelt said, “Comparison is the thief of joy!” Playing the Comparison Game is no fun! It makes us feel horrible about ourselves and we feel like we’re less than or just not good enough. Why do we do it? And more important, how do we stop? In this call, I share 5 things I notice that happen in my own life when I play the comparison game. And then I follow that up with a few hacks I’ve learned about a very different game we can play, where it’s no longer about "they win/I lose", but instead it’s about all of us being winners.
