In this episode, we discuss how oftentimes people think a fitness and self-care plan is difficult and time consuming -- and they rationalize that by telling themselves they are too busy and that others need them -- when underneath that they believe that other things are more important. Alison believes that prioritizing our own fitness is the only thing that will ensure we can actually SHOW UP and do all the things that matter to us. In her view, it should never be an either/or decision -- it should be an and/and.
