E46: We Can All Be Conscious Leaders of Change with Kashonia Carnegie

Welcome, listeners, to Women Emerging Fearlessly, the podcast dedicated to helping women live with fearless confidence, and to know how amazing they truly are. I’m your host, Janelle Anderson, and in Episode 46 I speak with Kashonia Carnegie, a moral philosopher with a PhD in the Ethics of Conscious Change and the Author of the “Conscious Change” series of books, including the international award-winning Conscious Change Today: From Me to We ~ COVID, Climate Change, and the Rise of Feminine Energy.

In years gone by, Kashonia says she caught wild donkeys in Australia’s harsh Outback and was Australia’s 1st female oil company representative. She then spent 14 years as an award-winning talk-radio broadcaster before commencing her academic journey which included the teaching of MBA-level sustainability ethics, leadership, and management of change in universities in Australia and overseas. We chat about what it means to be a conscious leader of change, whether the world really is in a negative state of chaos, and how people who have experience trauma can come out on the other side.

Please visit Kashonia’s website, https://www.ConsciousChangeToday.com, for more information about her work, and click here to receive a free downloadable e-copy of her book, Conscious Change Today: From Me to We ~ COVID, Climate Change, and the Rise of Feminine Energy.
